A friend who's been running for Student Union president in my college has really good chances of winning. (they're still counting)
We also had a referendum for making the Union a pro-choice organisation, the YES side won in a landslide (and on international women's day! woop!)
Election week here has been so exciting. Lots of people here get sick of it very quickly which I can get but I've loved the atmosphere around here. Also some self-obsessed idiots who've been running for other positions lost and lost badly which I also enjoy. ;D
My sister's walking around again which makes me very happy.
Plus things are going well with a lady friend. ;D

Life is good.

YAY, DUDE! :)
I got a burrito from a taco truck for lunch. Then we listened to Blondie and Buddy Holly on the drive home. Fridays are the best :)

Apparently my work has hired another new person for my department. This makes me happy because I won't have too many guilt issues for when I leave in the summer.

I'm happy because I got to FINALLY see the cover for my book that's coming out in October, while I was over at my boss' house. Hopefully I can share it soon. She made it sound like I'd have it the other day but... SOON I HOPE!!!!

I got to choose the wardrobe and makeup (literally, I got to style it... SO FUN!) and was there when the pics were taken so direct everyone. It came out soooo cool. And this time I didn't even have to design it myself :P

my sister was going through her old stuff and she texted me pictures of Valentines cards and stuff I'd sent her. I used to spell "would" "whild".

I love seeing my dog when I come home from work. I don't get to spend as much time with her, so she's SO FREAKIN' HAPPY to see me.

She was so happy to see me she inadvertently frenched me when I picked her up as she licked my face. lol

I don't have any assignments for another month and a bucketload of time to study for exams.

I'm going to waste all of those opportunities, but it's nice to know I have them.

I'm getting new glasses ;D
my vision has gotten real nasty the past few months, I think it's because I've been using my phone too much. :( but w/e, NEW GLASSES!! I can't wait for that HD feeling.
